If your order is canceled after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Once an order has been shipped, Hobby Archives is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and limited nature of many products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mrmichaeldecena@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.
